Education is one of the foundations of The Virtual Nation™. Michelle has been a member of several business education organizations throughout California, including the Business Education Statewide Advisory Committee (BESAC). Her intent has been to fine-tune and enrich existing Virtual Assistant / Virtual Professional certificate and degree programs currently being taught at community colleges throughout California. Recently, Michelle and her peers completed a 3-year grant project with the outcome of building a standard Virtual Assistant curriculum for instructors throughout the state and around the globe to teach from. They found the existing curriculum to be weak and with the help of Dr. Cyndi Dunn, they created an extremely robust curriculum that is now being used throughout the United States and is also being considered by business educators worldwide.
